Prices

All prices are quoted FOB net Columbus, OH. All prices are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling. Ohio residents are subject to state sales tax of 6.75%.

Payment

The Auto Spa accepts cash, certified check, money order, wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All orders must be paid in full before goods will be shipped. Special order items must be paid in full before the item will be ordered. We do not accept personal checks at this time.

Shipping

All goods will be shipped by UPS or FedEx unless prohibited by size or weight. In the case of oversized or extremely heavy freight, a commercial freight carrier will be used. Next day and second day delivery available in most cases for an extra charge upon customer’s request. COD is not accepted at this time.

All goods paid by credit card will be shipped to the billing address only. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Auto Spa delivers all of its goods to the respective carrier properly boxed to prevent damage. Damage incurred during transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. All items are insured for full value. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package, listing specific damages on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify The Auto Spa and the respective carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier. If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.

Please inspect all merchandise carefully before installing it on the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting tires, painting, or modifying the product in any way, shape, or form. in order to make a damage claim, you must contact The Auto Spa before installing the product on the vehicle. Once the item has been installed, it is considered used and is not returnable under any circumstance.

The Auto Spa is able to export the majority of its products to overseas markets – please contact the sales department for limitations and restrictions. All international orders must be fully prepaid via wire transfer only. We do not accept credit cards for international orders.
